What are the reasons affecting the accuracy of CNC centering machine processing plant?
1、Processing principle error
Machining principle error refers to the use of similar blade profile or similar transmission correlation for processing and error. Machining principle error mostly occurs in the thread, gear, complicated surface processing.
For example, to facilitate roll manufacturing convenience, Archimedes basic worm or normal straight profile basic worm is used instead of involute basic worm to make gear involute tooth shape error. Another example is that when cutting a modulus worm, because the distance between the teeth of the worm is equal to the period of the worm wheel (i.e. mπ), where m is the modulus, and π which is an unreasonable number, but the number of teeth of the lathe configuration gear is limited, so when selecting the configuration gear can only be calculated using π converted to a similar fractional value (π = 3.1415), which will result in the workpiece forming motion (spiral motion) tool inaccurate, resulting in tooth pitch errors.
In the process of axis CNC machining, similar machining theoretical errors can meet the requirements of processing accuracy ("= standard tolerance 10%-15%), improving productivity and economy.
The adjustment error of the centering CNC lathe is the error caused by inaccurate adjustment.
3、Machine tool error
Machine tool error refers to the manufacturing error, installation error and damage of walking automatic lathe. It mainly includes machine tool guide rail error, lathe spindle rotation error, and machine tool drive chain transmission error.
