The key optical shaft production process is: cable disconnection → heat treatment → tempering → straightening → end grinding → rolling → bore fine grinding → medium rolling → bore fine polishing → fine rolling → cleaning → demagnetization → appearance inspection → packaging. General shaped precision shaft processing production process is: CNC cutting → heat treatment → tempering → rough rolling → OD fine grinding → OD semi-precision polishing → medium rolling → OD fine grinding → fine rolling → ultrasonic cleaning → demagnetization → appearance inspection → packaging.
