1. The material, diameter, thickness of oil pipe joints, joint type specifications, and the quality of manufactured products should meet the design standard regulations.
2. Common oil pipe joints have defects. The following abnormalities are not allowed to be applied:
① Oil pipe joints inside and outside the surface of the wall serious corrosion or discoloration.
②The surface of the custom-processed oil pipe joint has a deep layer of cracks coiled around it that exceeds 10% of the pipe wall thickness.
③Wall thickness has small holes.
④The level of depression on the surface of the oil pipe joint reaches more than 10% of the tube warp.
3. The following abnormalities are not allowed to be applied when using bent oil pipe fittings:
① oil pipe joint bending part of the inner and outer wall surface curve is irregular or jagged.
② oil pipe joint bending part of the ellipticity of more than 10%.
③ flat bending part of the diameter is less than 70% of the outside diameter of the oil pipe.
4. General joints are not allowed to have defects. Do not use the following abnormalities:
①The joint itself or the thread of the nut has scars, burrs or broken threads.
②The joint surface processing accuracy of the joint itself does not meet the technical standards.
③The joint itself and the nut fit poorly, loosened or stuck.
④The specification and processing accuracy of the groove for installing the seal ring do not meet the required technical standards.
5. The oil pipe joint processing factory does not allow the application of hose and joint with the following shortcomings:
①The surface of the hose is destroyed or aged.
②The joint body is corroded.
③Threads with scars, burrs, broken wire and loose card fit.
