Precision hardware shaft fit


Custom processing of precision shafts must do the following.


(1)According to the corresponding accuracy of the bearing, specify the roundness of the shaft and the seat hole and the verticality of its retaining shoulder.


(2) Accurately calculate not only the interference amount of the rotating collar, but also the appropriate fit amount of the fixed collar.


The interference amount of the rotating collar should also be smaller within the possible range. As long as the effect of thermal deformation at operating temperature and the effect of centripetal force at very fast speed is effectively ensured, it will not lead to surface creep or rolling. Fixed collar according to the size of the working load and bearing specifications to choose a small gap fit or interference fit, too loose or too tight is not conducive to maintain the original accurate shape.


(3) If the bearing runs at high speed and the working temperature is high, special attention should be paid to the rotating sleeve fit to avoid eccentric vibration, and the fixed sleeve fit should not produce a gap to avoid sleeve deformation and vibration under load.


(4) fixed ring using a small surplus fit is the condition that the matching surface both sides of the shape of high precision, roughness is small, otherwise the installation is difficult, disassembly is difficult. In addition, the influence of the spindle thermal elongation should be considered.


(5) precision parts processing custom application for the spindle of the duplex angular contact ball bearing, most of the load is light. If the interference is slightly larger, its internal radial preload will be significantly slightly larger, resulting in adverse effects. The use of double-row short cylindrical roller bearing spindle and its tapered roller bearing spindle load is relatively large, so its cooperation interference is also relatively large.
