The center hole is the positioning reference used in the whole process of shaft parts machining, and its quality has a great influence on the machining accuracy. If the center hole is offset from the standard position too much during the custom machining of the rotary shaft, the cylindricity of the shaft during precision CNC machining will be seriously deficient. At the same time, inaccurate center hole positioning will also increase the turning force under the machining conditions, resulting in excessive machining deformation, thus reducing the machining quality of the pin. Therefore it is important to allocate the process of repairing the center hole. The lathe is usually filled with gold steel stone or carbide. The pin is usually normalized before machining, which in turn reduces its strength and achieves the purpose of controlling the machining quality. However, the specific processing of heat treatment is not standardized, and the initial blank strength of the workpiece after heat treatment does not reach the specified level, resulting in a decrease in the quality of pin processing and increased processing difficulty.


Machine tool machining quality is the basic standard to ensure processing. If the operation is not standardized during the processing, the pin processing quality will be reduced. At the same time, the processing experience of employees also affects the processing quality. If employees cannot standardize the operation when processing different batches of pins, it will easily lead to processing setting errors, which will seriously cause processing damage to the whole batch of parts. In addition, the accuracy of the machine tool is an important factor affecting the machining. The stability, vibration and heat generation of the machine tool motion mechanism under the machining conditions will affect the machining.


CNC precision parts machining in the case of processing pins, need to be based on the initial specifications of the workpiece blank and the specified design dimensions, to carry out the setting of the processing feed. Feeds must be set according to machining time, machining accuracy and machining speed. If the feed setting is not suitable, it will affect the machining cutting force, too much feed will definitely lead to a reduction in accuracy, and higher regulations on the processing tool.
