1、Trial cutting method

The test-cut method is very accurate and does not require complex equipment, but this method is time-consuming (must be adjusted, tested, measured and calculated several times), inefficient and must be operated manually. 2、Adjustment method
Adjust in advance the exact relative position of machine tools, fixtures, tools and workpieces to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the workpiece. This is an adjustment method, because the size is adjusted in advance, the processing does not require cutting, the size is automatically taken out, the part batch processing unchanged. The essence of the precision CNC machining adjustment method is to apply the machine tool and fixture fixed range equipment or tooling equipment, so that the machine tool and fixture to a certain level of accuracy, a processing.
